Sweetie, I know exactly that feeling. I'm in that grade as well and it truly is the year when people show their true colors. Two years ago, I went through the same thing with a girl whom I had been best friends with since five years old. I know right now feels like the worst time in the world. You just have to keep your head held high, and do your best to find people who are truly worth it. Sometimes, the people you least expect to be true end up being the people you need most in life. You aren't alone, everyone goes through this at one time or another, and just remember this. If she did what she did to you, she isn't worth the hurt you're letting her put you through. She may have seemed like a good friend before, and although you are upset, this is also a time to be happy because you can now find true friends that will always be there to support you. Good Luck!

Yes.......and it's been during times like that I showed myself just how resourceful and self-contained I can be.
When my safety net is gone.....I am much more likely to watch my step to avoid falling......
Being all alone is not ALWAYS a bad thing.......
