data sharing problem?

I had a problem with my laptop, so I placed the hard disk in a external storage device but I can't open the "administrator" filles on another pc tho it is no encrypted, but I guess it's a priviledge problem, what can I do to access my files? Thanks

If theres no encryption used, then you just need to take ownership of the folders in the new computer.
