not really, the fabric looks very cheap, and the colors are very cheesy, especially since the stictching is the same color, plus it isnt very flattering if you have a big bust since your bust will weigh the halter down, and also not flattering if you're kinda flat, since it will flatten it more. not to mention make your curves less noticable. try something like this:

i bought the same one 3 years ago but i was an A cup then if you are over an A cup do not wear it- you'll look like a $2 hooker!

Yes! It's way cute and it would be so easy to accessorize! Almost any pants would look adorable with it, too. Shoes and clutches would be so easy to find, too! Hope I helped!

OMG you scared me i thought it was like totally ugly. Yes i would so wear it! the colors are amazing and i love it sooo much!! IT would look good with jeans or a skirt very good pick! you know your fashion!!

i would most defanitely wear that, id also find a skirt, some shoes, make up and a hairstyle to go with it. also a nail scheme.
