Water enters the mouth and then goes down the esophagus to the stomach. From the stomach the food goes to the small intestine. Excess water is absorbed through the lining of the intestines. It then travels to the kidneys. Then through the ureters to the bladder. Finally out the urethra.

Well, like anything we put in our mouth it goes through our digestive system. The stomach and intestines absorb what is needed and send the waste products to your kidneys.
EDIT: Um, your respiratory system is your trachea and lungs.

Basically it goes down your throat, into your stomach, into your small intestines, into your kidnies, then into your bladder and out the urethra.
