Error!!! error!!!!, it seams, possible to reinvent thing which we can comfortably apply to our own needs, to see and perceived a better, or a new and best way out of the problem. But the condition has always been explain as "Mind over matter", been matter in this case the Body, because truly that is what its, although if your mind has much matter's to handle, a/o hold on to it. before you can achieved the potentials, to lift-up, out way some weight, on your own, or off your own, you has to become to terms with the psychological, or mental problem, for some peoples is just their own Irresponsibility, which it can become a chronic defect. Not all the thoughts, ideas, dreams, and plans we can mentally make, create and achieved, need to look forward, to materialize, also its Substances. Because also, thinking, dreaming, have ideas though and plans, can be done and achieve, with-in, the essences, of our own energies. That is what the though about the natural law of energies, is "Mind over matter"

The purpose of the mind is to survive. The first thing needed for survival is air. Without it, you die quickly!!!

So, some people eat to breath deeper. Think abou it. After eating, usually you take a deep breath right? You have programed your mind that the rewards of food come with a deep breath. Once you cut out the middle man (eating) and just take deep breaths ... you'll feel satisfied eliminating emotional eating.

Once technique to get you over the hump is hypnosis ... breath deep, drink lots of water, and look up and smile (neurolinguistic programing).

You can not just think "thin" and be that way. It'ld be nice though wouldn't it. Many, however, see themselves REACHING their goals as they struggle to achieve it to give themselves strength to continue. Unfortunately, burning more calories than you consume is all there is . By changing your life style you can obtain a lesser weight, and you can use "MIND OVER WEIGHT" to see yourself living that new life goal. I hope you do it anyways, not just for you, but for those who love and worry about you. Good luck

Absolutely. You will release less of the stress hormone cortisin that way, which causes you to put on weight
