Women's sizes are dictated by hip, waist and bust measurements.
Size 0 is 30 inch bust, 23 inch waist and 34 inch hips. Basically no boobs and a waist like an eight year old (see Victoria Beckham. Only she has implants)
There are some girls who are naturally a size zero but they are most likely to be petite - say 5'4" or below. Size zero measurements are incredibly unnatural and unhealthy on a tall woman.

I don't even understand the sizes of woman. I think they like to get on our good side..Since we live in a country where almost everyone is paranoid about being "fat" then they can make a size zero, Which in my opinion would be non existent, And make them feel good =0

the only thing smaller than a zero is a double zero...which most stores these days do carry. You have to be pretty frickin' skinny to wear a 0... I'm rather petite and I don't wear a zero so...yeah! The rest is kinda hard to explain.
