They cannot be converted. Millimeters is a linear measurement, while cubic centimeters is a volumetric measurement. Similarly you cannot convert feet to gallons.

Unfortunately, I think you may have asked something wrong here. Millimeters are units of length, while cubic centimeters are units of volume. If you instead meant "milliliters," this is a unit of volume that is actually equal to a cubic centimeter.
