If he's true to his other friends, then he can be true to u also... but better not trust others with really important things.
Since u're a guy, u can manage.. y du need telling friends ur personal matters n then get scared whether they'll spread it arund.
If u kno this person for a very short time only, better dont trust him/her with big things.

if you really feel tha you have to test your friends to see if they are true towards you or not then maybe you need to test yourself, to see if you are being true to them. never test your friends because it WILL back fire and you may not like the results.

This is something I used to do to see if I could trust ppl or not, tell them a secret that isn't really important to u, but beg them not to tell and act like it is important. If they can keep that secret, they will probably keep the ones that actually matter.
I don't blame u for wanting to test ppl... I wish I could do background checks on half the ppl I hang out with :-)

If you feel you need to "test" your friend, you are the one that is not a good friend.

you shouldn't need to test a friend but if you have too then tell your friend a secret and see if it is repeated. if so. then you will know the trust is not good..

Commit some deliberate faults towards him and then find out whether he will excuse you or not. If excuses he will be your best friend.

If you make a test for a friendship then it looks ugly.He/she may be successful in your test but that doesn't guarantee their truthfulness.

yes...u can find out by getting into some trouble...then u would understand urself by seeing ur friends effort to help u if he or she is a friend or not...
