Some silly young boys do, but very few men would ever do such a thing. It's a sign of maturity to accept your body as it is and not have to redesign it constantly.

i allways shave my pubes off. makes my penis and testicles look even bigger that they already are.
But be careful not to cut yourself, can be very itchy too if you let a stubble grow back. If you keep it nice and cleanly shaved it should be ok.
Get a big tub of moisterising cream and rub it all in after each shave.

Yep some girls don't like it and sometimes if they shave in the right place it makes it look longer.

yes guys shave below. its cleaner and less chances of stds and messes. girls like it too.
