I was wondering like in my picture if the Connector that goes on the EGR postion Sensor that goes to the Egr has like a flow to both hole's.. i think it does.. The tube That went to the egr valve broke off and the red one that goes somewhere else im not sure where is fine but i hooked it up and left the egr valve tube off and just ran a different tube from the sensor to the egr vavle.. i was wondering if there is a flow on the connector that could need it to be hooked up.. if you don't understand take a look at my picture (it's not that good by the way) PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you..

Bad image go to Auto Zone and look at the All-DATA there for the proper egr sensor hose routing. Some Fords use a DPFE sensor with two hoses that measure exhaust manifold pressure and pressure in the egr pipe with two sizes of special silicone rubber hoses just to complicate matching.

I think it is correct, the sensor is just there as a monitor, the red line serves to deliver vacuum to the EGR system as it should, while the sensor simply monitors this for malfunctions.

Either way, I'd hook it up and let it fly, perhaps see about pulling engine codes sometime to make sure it's not defaulting somehow on the EGR system.

No because it cant control the egr valve. the position sensor is just that, it knows the position of the egr valve and the way the red line is its bypassing the sensor.
