You have to look at the situation realistically. Weigh the good and the bad. Either you'll drop the something/someone and improve your way of life, or you'll never do anything and let it be your downfall. Which is the right choice? Well that depends on the quality of life that you want. I can't make the decision for you, and neither can anyone else.
