Sorry, but you're one of many, many people.I say wait until you are absoloutly sure you desire whatever that may be...if you're still going back and forth to the point of frustration-it's probably not something you need in your life.

Wanting (desire) is the root problem. When you want, or don't want, something, you are making a discrepency in your mind between how you are in this very moment and how you think you should be to become content. If instead you try to find contentment in every moment, you will in turn BE more content. When wild emotions start to arise, try to realize that they will mess with your head and make you less rational and clear headed. Try to shift your wild emotions to a more compassionate stance as it will help you empathize better with the situation/person and will help you calm down. From there you will be able to find some solution that falls more in the middle ground between you and the source of your emotional turmoil. My 2 cents anyway.

Some might say emotions are stable and the world is unstable. If there was no conflict of interests who’s emotions fight for the right to be herd, to be acted upon, to sway the swinging singer slightly to the left and a little to the wrong, we would be waiting for the jury to stand and be herd, to liberate us from our own instabilities and insecurities. No, I say no! We will not let then take that away. But gives it to them anyways, sigh.

Its okay. Just keep moving forward. Don't stop and let it weigh down on your mind and especially don't let it knock you back. People are always emotionally unstable and I doubt that will ever change.

Strive and breathe deep.

Best of Luck

I have that problem too, at times. Maybe your emotions and inner confusion may be a sign that you KNOW what things you want, but you don't know in what order you want them. So you may need to get a sheet of paper and write all the things that you want, then prioritize them in order of importance. Sometimes, writing things down helps.

It happens to me too. The only cure I guess is to be with your love ones and getting busy, like working out and sports. Its been known too, in ages between 20-30....thats how it is to most people. Eventualy something will work out. Hopefully.

Live the way you want to. When you feel you should do something do it. Hesitation will only lead to confusion and regrets and than nothing will get done. Trust yourself, know thyself, because when it comes down to it, you know you are the only one you can.
