you may examine a e book or ask a yoga grasp. Your question is greater complicated than could be replied right here. What form of yoga? Tantric, hatha, etc.? Which poses would you be working in direction of? you may know that the exercising area could be taken one at a time from the non secular area, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that some people assist you to grasp that's no longer so, so which you may no longer experience you "could" meditate in case you do yoga. in case you will prefer to meditate be sure you seek for suggestion from a yoga grasp, yet right here is one ingredient I relatively have examine: particular respiration could be completed in the time of each and every asana and likewise for the meditation area of it, so i assume which would be extraordinarily plenty each and every of the time. There are some cautions, besides, including do no longer do a bandha with out unlocking it in a while. i'm particular different posters know greater advantageous than I do, yet please confer with an expert or examine a e book.

Get them to rolling if they can. If they cannot ,smother the flames with a coat, blanket or anything of heavy cloth.
That is what I was taught.

I would go with both, first get them on the ground rolling to put it out, and also try to get a jacket or something like that on them to help put it out too.

I'd say stop, drop and roll. As they're doing that help them out by using something that's flame retardant to pat it out.
