The one I have seen in any/nice stock condition have been around 3500-4000. I look at the ads all time and go to car shows swap meets. the truck isn't a high price item . Unlike the other Jeep products . The only time I have seen then get any price Truck/wagon is if they have Chevy drive train and had body re done.

If this is the ride for you the price is trivial.
Good luck

So what will you have after a 30,000 dollar frame off restoration a $20,000 truck while rare the willis company trucks are out there already restored for about that. With that said the Willis Jeepster truck seems to have become popular but cannot comand the price of the complete rebuild. And the 4x4 parts in good condition are becoming hard to find.

The circled pieces are of value. On parts like these it's pretty much an open value. It's whatever the buyer is willing to pay based on how badly he wants them. you can list them on e-bay or log onto any antique Ford sites. If you list them on e-bay be sure to put a reserve price on them or they could end up being sold for far less than they are worth.
