I have a problem with poison ivy growing along the outskirts of my property and I can't find anything that has worked well to kill it. Many products will slow its growth or kill it out for the season but it just comes back stronger the next time. Itching in Virginia

You are lucky if you only have a couple. Get them out now - root and all, else you will have dozens more that will start from seed or develop new runners from the root left in the ground. It's hard to kill poison ivy with chemicals because usually they like to grow around trees or other ornamentals.

RoundUp sucks. It will barely kill broadleaf and grass. For poison ivy you need a stump/brush or total vegetation killer.
