i can relate the story and I know it was either a harlequin romance or mills & boons novel writen about 16 years ago

The same way the rest of us do...go to used bookstores and start looking. Without some information I doubt even Harlequin Website could help you. I find that sometimes memory is triggered when I browse titles though. So get out there and look. and Good Luck.

Do yahoo search or google search with names of characters, setting, etc. Try a few different keywords and you'll find it!
You might even put a post on this board! If you describe it, some members here might recognize it!

Did you go to the Harlequin.com website?

They may have an area where you can email your question to them. Look on the website, it may be at the bottom of the page.
