That is rabbit urine on the side of the hutch. That is normally due to the genetics of the rabbit. Certain bloodlines of rabbits won't spray on the sides of the cage at all. And others will do it all the time. No matter how hard you try you are not going to be able to get that rabbit to quit peeing on the walls of the hutch. Many times you will see the rabbit's fur stained that do this because they pee on the wall of the hutch then rub their body against the wall. Since this trait is genetically related, I make sure that I NEVER use rabbits with that trait to breed with. Because it is pretty much guaranteed that whatever males are born from a male that pees like that will have a very high likelihood (98% chance) of continuing that trait.

Brown spray is rabbit urine. Their urine is thicker than human urine, so it looks kind of wierd to us.
If they are both fixed your female is not pregnant, but they may still behave sometimes as if they are not fixed.

Sounds like the bunnies are peeing on the walls, have they been potty trained yet? That may solve you problem. In the meantime, keep wiping their walls for them, they do appreciate this gesture.
