how to play pmp file on a 3.40eo-a psp?

i have got a psp and have problem with playing pmp file on it

my psp is 3.40eo version

and

is there any player that i can use to play avi on my psp

i have tryied ppa player but don't work

MP4 and AAC videos are the only ones that will work. There are lots of free convertors out there. You can try http://www.pspvideo9.com for one of them.
