in my culture, a woman must bleed on her wedding night (her hymen must be intact). 4 months ago i had the doubt of me breaking my hymen and i saw 2 doctors, they said my hymen is intact.
but i masturbate a lot by external stimulation only, and i reach orgasm without inserting anything in my vagina (i never did). the problem is that i was worried about my hymen so i tried to see my hymen for myself. i saw a piece of skin and saw inside my vagina.
i really don't know what that is.
can seeing my hymen for myself break it?

please help me!!!

NO!!!!! Masturbation will not cause you to break the hymen. It takes pressure or a hard hit like falling on a men's bicycle bar. Also the Hymen doesn't always break on your first case of intercourse. It depends on how deep the penetration is during intercourse. Don't worry so much...

The piece of skin you saw is the hymen itself. It has an orifice in it, even if you are still a virgin, because there are certain fluids which must come out of the vagina, in order to keep bacteria out, and the menstruation itself.

Looking at your hymen does not break it, unless you are using extremely acrobatic movements which might extend it too hard (I used to be a ballerina and I had colleagues who broke theirs because of the movements). But I doubt you are trying so hard, so stay calm, the doctor said it was intact, don't worry.

Seeing your hymen will not break it. You have had it checked a few times and it is still intact. I would not worry too much about it. Maybe close to your wedding day you could go and have it checked again to relieve the stress that you obviously feel about this.

The hymen is not on the outside of your vagina it is actually a few inches in.
