Everything, in its own special way, is fair, beautiful and even perfect in existence. The quality of fairness in all things, however, is lost to the extent to which they are viewed in comparison with other things; similarities and contrasts among various things give us an opportunity to see flaws and shortcomings in both the form or function of things but only comparatively; a thing cannot be viewed as good or bad without a due reference to its specific location among other things, its environment.
We would not see at all if we see but all things as the same, and if all things were but the same we would not see, and if we had just one thing in our view, we would not tell if it is fair. Good is essentially good it does not require bad to be alongside it for it to be good, because we would not know if we would not compare between what is good and what is bad. The comparison then is the thing that we must consider when we consider all things.
This world then, most philosophically speaking, is fair, but how would we know if it really is for the good of our own purpose. We need to see something alongside this world in order to extract our faithfulness in this world. Our immaculate ideals, dreams and sense of divine give us just that.
But if we take this world for what it is, on its own, then it is fair I its own right, but that fairness might not be for the good of a secondary purpose, that is the purpose of human nature, our purpose, largely independent of the purpose of general nature of all things. Then there is not only one but two purposes: that of the world and ourselves. Which one is fairer? And herein resides the ultimate answer to your question.

I do. You're not the only one with problems, all of us do. The poor has problems with money, but they're happy. The rich has all the money they want, but they're lonely. The innocents who suffer are rewarded by not having to suffer anymore (death, yeah) and those who are guilty and passed on their sins to others will forever carry a heavy conscience. God is fair, and he created a fair world with lots of problems for us to take so we'll be stronger.

No! The whole world is totally unfair. Bad things happen to good people and bad people get away with everything. We are living in an awful world.

Energy is not lost or gained, and what happens to one person will be transferred to someone else, but in terms of humanity, the person who gets it may not deserve what they get. Some people have all the luck and nothing but good happens to them all their life. Some, nothing but misfortune follows them, and the only thing they are punnished for is just being born. the bad and good balance each other out, but it doesn't necessarily work like it does in "Pay it Foward", since we all affect each other in some way, and we may not be aware of how we affect each other.

Yes.
I think that absolutely EVERYTHING in the world is fair !!!!
A failure to understand that everything is as it should be, that every blade of grass is in it's right place, does not constitute unfairness. That is merely an attempt to shift the responsibility from self to circumstance.
