Barium* and Copper* chloride gases give off different shades of green.

Cool. Is there copper tubing in the line? This would seem a most likely cause.

there's some form of copper in there. i've seen green fire, it's really cool

It means that you should get that checked by a trained professional. Or atleast try cleaning it.
