seems like you are talking more about constitutional rights as defined by the us of a bill of rights.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The rights in the Bill of Rights are all intertwined; without freedom of expression, freedom of religion cannot exist.

Without the 5th Amendment right to not incriminate yourself, the 1st Amendment right to freedom of speech (or not to speak) rings hollow.

I'm with the 1st guy... the right to bear arms, it helps insure all your other right will not be taken completely away. An armed citizenry is the best defense against tyranny.

classically, 'property' includes all of real estate, tangible items, and your person [both physical well being and freedoms], thus the Right to Own Property includes most of the other human rights.

Freedom of Religion.
All of my moral and personal freedoms are subject to the force of the Higher power that I worship. That is what makes us unique.
