You would connect a computer to the belkin router and open a web browser and type in the IP address of the router. Usually it is 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, but consult your routers manual to make sure. If you dont have a manual then goto the link below and download it.

I assume these are two routers. In router #1, assign its LAN as IP 192.168.1.1 and DHCP server from 192.168.1.2 and up. Create a DHCP reserved address for the .2 address to be the MAC address of the WAN port of router #2.

In router #2, assign its WAN IP as DHCP client, and the LAN as DHCP server using 192.168.2.x range with .1 as its internal address.

To access router 1, it would be 192.168.1.1
To access router 2, it would be 192.168.2.1
