They are all weak acids/bases...please explain!

Multiply 0.1 by 0.065 and you get 0.0065M.

Now take the negative logarithm of that to get the pH. Subtract from 14 to get the pOH.

The same sort of calculation on the ammkonia will give you pOH, and then just subtract from 14 to get the pH.
