He has already been found by the Coast Gaurd. He has unfortunately passed away.

Well here's hoping he is found, even if he turns up dead let's hope he is found. I agree though people need to wear life jackets, doesn't seem like it is asking that much.

Unfortunately, he has been found dead, and it could have been prevented with a life preserver.

No, he won't be found. The Bush Administration once again has proven they are racist against blacks from New Orleans. This is a Bush conspiracy, and Rosie O'Donnell has the scoop, and Dan Rather has a source.
Hill was just one of many blacks to escape Hurricane Katrina (aka) Hurricane Bush. Ray Nagin will host a press conference demanding more money from the federal government to study this case. William Jefferson will get a bigger freezer to put these funds into.
Now back to more Bush conspiracies, and good luck to the Hill family.
P.S: Parts of a jetski were found in the Pentagon rubble.
