my girl of 10 years has started to act all different. we have 2 kids and live together, she works 3 nights a week in a night club and i work 5 days a week and am therefore always tired and sleep from about 9. lately shes been going out every sunday night (the only night we have together) with her workmates, which i dont mind but she never asks me to join her and only tells me just before she gos out (cant arrange a babysitter on short notice). The other night we went out to her work and she was not herself before we got there and as soon as we did she wouldnt show any affection to me. Also she deletes all text messages she gets excepts the ones from me. I did trust her but have lost all trust in her lately and when i speak to her about it she says im being stupid and thats the end of that. The worst bit is Im not allowed to go out without her and she doesnt speak to her workmates (on the phone or on myspace) when im around. im i being paraniod what would you do bear in mind the kids.

Im tired mainly cause im so stessed out and depressed,every time i ask about what she wants she tells me she wants me. but she never wants to spend time with me outside the house and sex just doesnt exist unless i beg for it even then she only does so reluctlantly but still has an orgasm(could be faking it). I did find a message to 1 of her workmates complimenting his bum on myspace (only saw it as she was reading reply when i walked in) but she claims a friend asked her to send it but the message never said it wasnt from her.

just so you all know I have no friends anymore other than those i work with and my family wont speak to me this is my life its all my life has been since i was 15 and i have nowhere else to go i left it all in my youth for her.

Yeah i've been there, though i didn't really realise it at first, but the situation sounds so similar to what i went through, and am now starting to go through again as she slips back into her old habits. You do have to make a stand against the way you are being treated, and let her know that she can't just shut you out of her life, and at the same time you are going to have to make more of an effort to get a life of your own away from her and the kids.

Dude. She's gone already...there I said it. Find someone to watch the kids for 24-hours. Sit down with her and calmly, I repeat calmly, ask her to come clean. She'll lie and ask her again to come clean. Ask her what she wants or needs. Tell her what you need or want. The ask the big question. Is she willing to get some help with or not. If not, decide on an exit plan and let her realize that the grass is not greener on the other side. If you don't...you're just the baby sitter while other men are enjoying her company. I should know...it happened to me six months ago. Today life is hard and I still get mad from time to time but it is getting better...

She is hiding her life outside from you, probably because she is cheating. She is manipulating the situation eg by not giving you the chance to join her on a Sunday. She isn't showing you any consideration. Maybe you ask her straight out what the problem is, and whether she wants you to split up. Don't actually see why you're so tired, maybe you should see the doctor, you might have a health problem which is making you tired and grumpy without really realizing it.

Feel sorry for you hun, i've been there. Arrange a babysitter for a Sunday night and ask her to out on a date, give her plenty of notice so she hasn't already arranged to go out with her workmates, if she's not interested then i guess you know.

we all change after ten years trust her to go out with her mates and trust her ,why don't you make arrangements for night out make her feel that you can be bothered to show her a good time get the children to stay with family/friends you need to work at keeping your relationship alive if she wont let you go out why if she is jealous that may be a good thing she still fancies you don't give up she just wants me time.

Well you could plant some kinda of camera, and hide it in a plant when she goes on the comp. and get the password so you can gain things on her myspace, blog, or something else.
