Well, 98 is the average IQ of people residing in the US. Worldwide, though, for some reason, people seem to just consider "average" to be 100. So, a score of 110 for a 12 year old girl is almost above average. Technically, you could say it is above average, but considering that "above average" usually means 120+ ....
Try the tests on the International High IQ Society's site. http://www.highiqsociety.org/iq_tests/
If you get a 124+ on either of the tests, you are automatically qualified to join the society. Any other online tests are going to be inaccurate, not to say that this one is fully accurate. It is, however, going to be the most accurate one on the web that you will find. Hope this helps! ;-)

Average IQ regardless of age is 100. 110 is very slightly above average.

90-110 is considered to be average according to the WISC/WAIS scoring manual for all ages as the tests are normed to give results in comparison to people of the same age.
Be warned however: if you received your score from an on-line test- it is invalid. Only standardized tests administered by a trained professional, who also interpret the results, are valid.

Yes, that is very good! I am not sure about the average IQ for a 12-y-o, but the average for an ADULT is 100! So you're doing great! :)

Age and gender is irrelevant.
110 is not (statistically) significant enough to be considered above average.

I learned in school if u score a 120, you have the brain capacity of a 12 yr old, 130 for a 13 yr old, etc. I think the highest is a 200 and if u score 180 and over, u can enter a special genius club. If ur w/ in 10 of ur age while ur a teenager, then ur about normal.
