it is within what an adult size would be considered to be normal. It's hard to say if you are above average for your age because people your age grow at different rates but 4-6 inches is the adult average.

You're a bit young to be worrying about anything like that, but yeah you are really big for your age. The average length for adults is 5 to 6 inches, and you'll grow at least another inch or two. I'm 17 and only 5 3/4. How long are you while limp? I'm about 3 to 4 inches while limp.

You will almost certainly NOT keep getting longer until you're 22! (From that excellent site cited above: "Though there is much normal variation, the final penis size is reached four to six years after the testicles first started to enlarge.")
Yes, you're probably big for your age.
And I do NOT know why this Question hasn't been removed for being "adult" (a perfectly ridiculous term, and a fairly ridiculous concept, assuming you're really a kid who has an honest "adult" question and is asking it)--but I'm glad it's stayed up long enough for you to get Answers.

Congratulations!! You're ahead of probably all of the guys your age!! What else can I say? Well, don't have sex yet, you'll end up regretting it later on. Be happy with what you have, I think you won't have a problem doing that. Expect some more growth for the next few years, most penises stop growing around age 22. Good luck!!
