There are seperate antennas you can buy that will boost 4db, 7db or 10db (about 10-30 dollars) You can also use a different router, theyre ratifying N now, or if you have one of the famous routers such as the linksyswrt54gl, you can do amazing things. My 54gl can be used down the block

buy a bridge...it is a device which extend your router signal

and get one of those. I actually used them before and they work extremely well.
