What should I wear? Would a polo shirt with nice jeans and some polo boots be good enough?

It looks nice, it's not dressy, but it's not too casual..

You always dress one step above the job you are applying for.

Don't wear jeans, wear some khakis or black slacks. It's much better to overdress for an interview than to underdress. Even at MTV studios, a lot of people show up to job interviews in jeans, assuming that MTV is casual enough, but they get turned away because they don't look professional.

I prefer Subway, but Quiznos makes a pretty good sandwich as well.

I would swap the jeans for khaki pants, you'd be surprised by how many people lose jobs by wearing jeans (even if its just for a job at a fastfood restaurant)

Sure! Certainly, a good presentation is part of a good impression. They'll certainly remember you over the slobs who roll out of bed and present themselves as-is. :)

Good luck!

I think that would be perfect. You don't want to be overdressed.
