This morning, I saw what I thought was a bumble bee by some of my mom's flowers, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that it looked more like a moth. For a second, I almost thought it was a baby humming bird because it's wings were beating so fast. But it's legs are obviously bug legs. I took the following pictures, but it was hard to get a good shot of it because it moved so fast. I browsed around the Wisconsin DNR's website, but didn't find any answers. Does anybody have any ideas?

It looks like the Nessus Sphinx moth, Amphion floridensis, which ranges throughout the Eastern U.S. west to Texas and Colorado.

Here is a link with pictures, pretty much what you saw!
