Nope. July Fourth is an American holiday. It celebrates that we are our own country. It is July Fourth because that was the day that the Declaration of Independence was signed (possibly so that everyone who signed it could get a summer vacation.) The war raged on for another two years, ending in 1779. However, the UK declared war again in 1812, hoping to regain the US. From the 1830s on, though, the relations were rather rosier.
But then, in May, the President of the United States put on such a goofy show that it was on the daily show for WEEKS. He kept refering to Queen Elizabeth II as "the mother of this country," but it sounded like he was making a joke about how old the queen was.

4th of July is an American holiday. The UK does have a fireworks holiday on November 5th called Guy Fawkes Day.
