since there are 52 cards in the deck, tha 4 jacks and 40 cards under 10 (exluding 10's and including ace's)so it would be 44/52 =84.6 %. ( if you want to exclude aces toothen you would just minus 4 from the numerater so it would be 40/52 = 76.9%
