since there are 52 cards in the deck, tha 4 jacks and 40 cards under 10 (exluding 10's and including ace's)so it would be 44/52 =84.6 %. ( if you want to exclude aces toothen you would just minus 4 from the numerater so it would be 40/52 = 76.9%

P = 40/52 ~77%

if you count an ace as a high card the probability is 36 of 52 which is 69.23%

If you consider Aces as the lowest card,
11/14; almost 78.6%
If you consider 2 jokers it will be 22/29; almost 75.8 %

If you consider Aces higher than Kings,
10/14; almost 71.4%
If you consider 2 jokers it will be 20/29; almost 69%
