Well, I'm assuming we had the same mass and gravity which would mean that we also had an atmosphere therefore, it would matter that the Earth Was flat, it would continue on the sides and underneath.
Are we going to be an exact square or rectangle with sharp angles? In that case, by now we would have created technology to enable us to get down the sides of the Earth. No problem for planes but there would be some sort of 'lift' technology to allow for non-aviation travel. There would be some land tunnels with a gradual gradient.
As for where you'd end up if you fell off the edge. Gravity would keep you close to the surface and as you reached the underside, you would be pulled back to ground.
The exact spot you landed would depend on where you were when you reached the edge and how 'thick' the Earth was. Remember, in order for life to exist we would need a substantial molten core to keep our magnetic field going otherwise we'd be bombarded by cosmic rays and life would not be able to exist.
We also need to be spinning, it's the centrifugal force of the Earth's transit through space that allows gravity to keep us securely on the surface. A flat surface doesn't spin as well as a sphere therefore, if the Earth was flat, we wouldn't be anywhere because we couldn't exist.

Dead at the bottom of a black hole that you created yourself by finding the edge and falling off of it. But then the people from the paralell universe that you created by falling into your own black hole would find you and bring you back to life and make you their ruler, but you wouldn't remember what you did to cause all of this beause the stress of being sucked into your own black hole after falling of of the earth would have given you slight amnesia and you would search what would seem to you to be endlessly arcoss paralell earth until you fell off the edge of it too, and then got sucked through your paralell black hole and back to regular earth with no knowledge again (amnesia) of what has passed. So really, nothing would happen. You would end up where you started.

I would probably end up with one hand holding on the edge to not fall off. If I did fall off (which wouldn't really happen), I would land on a star below the Earth. Then, I would fall off tha star and land on a meteor. The meteor would go to the nearest planet and I would jump off the meteor to Mars. At Mars, I would meet a wierd kind of creature. He would show me around Mars and then I would wake up at my room. IT WAS ALL A DREAM!

I would end up on the very peek of Candy Mountian
When I get there the little danging and singing letters will sing me a nice toon and I will float up. Then I will go inside the candy moutian's Candy Cave and wake up back home with my kidney missing.

In Atlas's hair. And from there, I would have to make my way back to the surface, because to go the other way is to slide down his forehead and nose, and what if he sneezed...? Or I poked him accidentally in the eye? It's not a good idea to make him mad.
