do you think it's ok?

to set out to get violated by yahoo so much that they delete your account, so you are not tempted to log in!

and even if you are tempted, you can't, because you've been deleted!

At the very LEAST it sounds like a stupid waste of time. And, based on some of the questions I have seen posted.......I think if you get enough violations Yahoo even cancels your other stuff, like IM and e-mail. It certainly isn't worth that. So, basically I think intentionally trying to get violations is pretty stupid.
