Can someone PLEASE help me with this table?

I've been working on trying to get a table like this (Picture below) but I can get it to allign evenly. No matter what I try. So can someone PLEASE help me?

I'm using word.

I'm putting in a website. Using HTML and CSS.

This is the html that you want

To do this in Word,
1) Insert a 3 across by 4 down table.
2) Select the top three cells in the first column.
3) Click on Table and then click on Merge cells.
4) Select the bottom row of cells.
5) Click on Table and then click on Merge cells.

The cells should all be the correct width. To make the cells the correct length just click the mouse in each cell and press the return/Enter key.

Wha software are you using? Word, Works, Publisher, some type of print shop.......?
