Wow, what a jam up that could cause. Some would want to stop and take a peek and other cars would be waiting to go through quickly. I can't imagine doing it in a tollbooth, it's a little out in the open for me.

I would assume by the details it's on the law books somewhere. Makes me wonder how it ever came up to begin with. Most of the tollbooth people I've ever seen were so busy or so grumpy I can't picture a truck driver doing that. (That explains the rigs parked on the far right, though.)
