If Raw wants to drop it's ratings, then they'll do so.
But if Khali did win the title they'd probably just give it back to Cena so they can make him a 4 time champ.

The only movie that I know that he was in was remake of The Longest Yard with Adam Sandler. As for being WWE champion, doubt it. They are looking at Cena as being a long reigning champion.

all he does is headbut people chokeslam them and that they are down for the count quantity... thats no longer skills!!! the only people he can compete with are taker and kane havent relatively considered him combat absolutely everyone else on the element of his length.... there for my element stands. kahli sucks
