If not, I would rather draw it myself, I need 10 places that Holden goest to in the book, and I would prefer if they were all in order and their locations are given.

Most of the novel takes place in mid- to- lower-Manhattan and you can find a map of Manhattan anywhere. The school he attended is not a real school, but it's located in New Jersey, not in New York.

The book is fiction. I'm sure most of the places don't exist, except for a few...This was my favorite book in high school.
