Why people take the good people for granted? Why this happens that always a good people suffers?. Why no one encourages and values a honest person. The bad guy if he is rich is always right and the poor one if he is honest, well mannered and nice person he is always considered as a fool and bad person.

That is just the way the world works dear, but the brighter side is that there are other people out there who feel for the good, the oppressed and the weak. In this circle of life, no one stays on top forever. Well, if they get away with it, they can't get away from the one who judges everyone in the end.

A large hunk of the reason would be that more and more of the population looks not for quality but for wealth in order to judge a person. It's not what you are, any more, but what you have.
And, the truly sad thing is, that you should ask such a question, thus indicating that you, also, are only looking at the outside. The best person there ever was, was not only taken for granted but murdered, heinously, because He was good. Worse yet, His 'faithful' today, and probably for the last 500 years, have more than taken Him for granted, and thus lost much of what He won for them by His death.
Truly, does a good person live his life the way he does in hopes of being praised or paid for his virtues? Emphatically not! A truly good person lives his life the way he does because it's the way he believes his life should be lived. And, at the end, it is God who will reward him for the life he has lived--the only reward that counts. As Soloman says in Lamentations, 'All flesh is grass.' The things of Man fade away, but the Grace of God shall endure forever.
Where would you rather receive your reward?

Subtract the "always" from your comments and I will agree with you. Fact is, good people are indeed often taken for granted. But the term could be translated as "trusted," too, depending on your point of view.

However, many of us have lived through enough BS that we have come to appreciate and openly thank good people. And I do not buy the idea that a good person is a fool or a sucker. They are keeping their karma clean, and that pays off in the long run.

As mentioned, once people come to trust your integrity and compassion, you have some very good friends who will lighten your load by sharing it with you. What a joy it is to find something you can do for your community and do it together with a group of companionable, pleasant people -- and order a giant pizza afterwords to relax and enjoy together!
