You aren't going to miss anything important. Most of the good stuff on ESPN is on at night. They are showing Lacrosse right now. You will be OK, after 3pm.

You're not missing anything really on ESPN during those times anyhow. Go to their website, it's basically just like watching SportsCenter.

There aren't any games on espn for the rest of this season. Detroit-Cleveland is on TNT, Jazz-Spurs is on ABC. I don't think there are games in that timespan either.
