I'm going to tell them I didn't do it over and over again

oh my mum does that to me all the time...fair play to her because half of her accusations are spot on. i just deny them all and see a false accusation as an opportunity to practice my innocent face for when she accuses me of something i actually did do. it happened today...i went for a walk and she asked who i was meeting. for once i could truthfully say 'no-one'. but if i was being accused of something really serious that i didn't do i would probably cry with frustration

When I was in the tenth grade, my neighbor's camper got a dent in it during the night. My neighbor questioned me every day for a week as I was coming home from school. (I did not do it). Finally, he said "If you admit to it, I'll drop it and never bring it up again". So I lied and said I did it.
Years later he passed away thinking I was the one who did it, but being older and wiser (I heard who really did it) I never took the time to set the record straight.
I raise my kids to be responsible for their actions, but if they are falsely accused, fight for their innocense!
