tank still with it eyes open and still moving it tail but not really going any ware.I think it is a girl that is doing that.The other tetra is boy because it has lot of red i but the boy tetra is fine because it been swimming around alot and acting normal but im worryed about my tetra

Flame tetras a school fish and do far better in a group of 6 or more. You are seeing one of them feeling out of sorts due to a lack of other fish to school with. If you have room in the tank the best answer for you is to add a few more flame tetras.

I actually believe that its the environment change, i would give it a few hours before your fish starts to move around, and another day before it starts to be its usually self.
