i take it that you mean statins which are lipid lowering drugs. if so ,they do cause myositis leading to muscle pains &fatigue

One of the side effects of Statins Is muscular pain and weakness. Talk to your medical doctor and maybe there it is a different one you can use that will not cause you so many problems.
