is the above paragraph correct gramatically? I'm just not sure what to do with the 'on the one hand' and the the next 'on the other hand'.. can someone tell me what they thnk plz? thnx

No, of course not. It is really three sentences, not just one. It needs a period after "reason" ; a capital "O" for "on", a period after "disorders" and a capital "B" for "but". (the word "hand" in the third sentence may be omitted)
By the way, there is no "e" in grammar.

I see no grammitcal errors. Instead of using on the one hand leave it out and begin with dagnosis. Substitute yet,diagnosis can lead......

just say "on one hand,"
doesnt need a 'the'
the "on the other hand" is correct
