Also if you're wondering I'm not considering leveling my team to level really high I'll Probably only train them to level 55 at max. My team is Infernape level 49, Empoleon level 49, Torterra level 47, Luxray level 47, Weavile level 46 and Staraptor level 43. And for Staraptor ,once I beat the E4 I'm going to change him for a Salamance.

You'll need all your Pokemon to be above level 50, I was able to beat the Elite 4 with a team of level 52-55.
Infernape-51+ -you'll need a fire and fighting type, good choice
Empoleon-53-you'll need a strong water type
Torterra-52+grass types are more needed than electric type as well as a ground type will be good here
Luxray-50-won't be needed so much because of your Torterra
Weaville-ice type, good, though I'd have recommended in a psychic or a dark type
Straptor-good

As long as the move sets are good you will be fine. But defiantly lvl your team to around 55 first most E4 pokemon are around lvl 60

u dont have many genres in types u need about everything in the battle(fire,water,grass,fly,dark,etc) the elite leader is about lv 62 is his highest i believe so just go out and fight 4 awhile or fight the elite 4 just for the xp
