The force might be a cliché, a very used term from star wars, but it keeps some strong on its concept. There is a thing that might be like the force and exists on real life, it is the power of faith and destiny, our knownledge that there is some divine/superior being beyond the strings of the destiny, it is the "force". Let's just call this "being" great architect of the universe, the name given to it by the masons.

Well, yeah. I do. Sort of.

I've seen demonstrations of "Chi" and seen explanations of how Chi relates to the "Tao."

I admit I never saw a Taoist lift a bus with his mind, nor seen an AiKiDo master deflect bullets with a sword, but they clearly know some things I can't equal, and that knowledge resembles the Force as presented in Star Wars.

I don't think Spielberg invented anything new except the name "Force" and the light saber.

not as in the Star War's Science Fiction books, movies. However, there is a " Force " which all mortals can " tap into " depending on what NAME their culture refers to said Force by.
personally refer to this " Force " as either " THE GREAT MYSTERY " or " SUPREME ARCHITECT OF THE
UNIVERSE. "

Yes I do. It is the "spark" of life that gives one the will to live, and is the heart of the soul. The particular term "force" is not unique... many belief systems adhere to this concept, even if they use different names for it.

No. Star Wars draws from some Buddhist and Tao beliefs, but it's just a fantasy. Power on Earth comes from God or Satan- God's in the sovereignty business lately, and Satan needs a soul in return.
