There is a guy who took my online screen name from another site where he was good friends with the admin, stole my password and posted under my name in blogs and then when I emailed him to confront him, he took my email address and signed me up to various disgusting websites that now pummel my inbox after 8 years of spam free and now he laughs at me through email when I confront him on that.
I need to get back at this guy and not just through some Privacy Commissioner that will end up doing nothing.
Any ideas? This guy is used to crashing servers of friends of mine and wreaking havoc to a lot of people. I want to be intelligent about this and get him good. It's either that or drive to toronto and kick his *** all over the danforth. He thinks that this will never come back on him....

Dont start little kiddy wars. All those tricks are juvenile. You should report him to his isp and after he is kicked off, he'll have to explain to his parents why the company is going t charge them for the whole month, but they will also have to get another isp and pay them too.

My best advice would be to document what he has done to you as thoroughly as possible and report your findings to his ISP.
