Problem after problem, it has to be AOL (or then again, probably me!!). First of all i bought a new laptop today and wanted to set up wireless connection with the home pc. AOL delivered me a netscape router. Initial problem came when the software wouldnt work on the pc as the IE7 has mysteriously disappeared off the home PC!!!. I then decided to put the aol software on my my new laptop so i could get an internet connection with the new router. That works well, but only with the ethernet cable connected to the router as the wireless method wouldnt pick up the router.
I know there are loads of reasons why this happens but getting the rite one is the problem. My second issue is this, i want to get the home pc back online, can i connect the pc to one of the spare hubs in my new router if i get a long yellow ethernet cable, and if so, does than mean the two computers can be online at the same time (albeit not wirelessly)??? Sorry to go on a bit!!!

Yes, you can connect the pc to the ethernet port on the router and yes they will share the internet connection.
