Richard Simmons is a living God . How many other men could live through such ridicule and bashings ?

Richard Simmons....a man with a message who only became 'famous' through his gimmick. Unfortunately, the gimmick outweighed the message (a common problem), which has made him more of a curiosity than a messenger for many people.
He means nothing to me because I do not 'like' gaudy messengers. I feel there are better ways to get your message out there. On the other hand, I do respect him for having the courage to overcome the meanness of his childhood. More power to him if he can succeed.

Richard Simmons is a man who is very supportive of people losing weight. He was a fat child, and has spent his life encouraging others to get into shape by exercising and eating healthfully. I think he was on General Hospital at one time.
